Clearly the dog is excited, not angry. His tail is wagging for Christ's sake. He has heard the song previously when there has been happy noisy activity outside which he is expecting to happen again. The fact that he is running to the edge of the fence makes me think there has been a neighbor's party on the other side of the fence - perhaps a children's party. That is why he is running out there to see it and he is barking because he wants you to come and see it too. Why torture him this way? |
