Kyi-Leo....... this is sad. The name is derived from two different words. Kyi is Dog in Tibetan and Leo is Lion in Latin. They're a hybrid created in the 1950s, made by crossing the Maltese and the Lhasa Apso. Creative. Myeah. I like my old breeds that go way back myself, only problem being inbreeding caused by overbreeding nowadays. |
