To all that wants a basset hound go for it you will not regret it. I have a 9 yr old basset hound Floppy and she is great. Lost a 13 yr old basset hound Elvis 7 yrs ago. Floppy is an active basset hound and Elvis was a lazy hound. Gotta get hound. Basset that is. |

Had a male basset which a LOT of people (who had females) wanted for breeding. First time he tried, she couldn't hold him up. They're very heavy up front. Finally held her up so he could 'do his business' and I remember the look on his face. It was like, "Thanks man!" |
